I am currently handling Cyber crime, Cyber abuse, data theft, Cyber Frauds, Ecommerce, Bitcoin frauds, EOW, Privacy & copyright-related matters of various corporates, celebrities, and HNI individuals. I appear as Expert Legal Counsel in Cyber Crime and Electronic/Digital Evidence related cases. I leverage my mastery of electronic evidence and cyber law to build robust defenses and secure resounding victories. 

I help clients with Police representation for drafting & filing police complaints, giving statements and all kinds of legal help in technology and financial crimes related to EOW or Cybercrime. 

I am a regular speaker in National, International Conferences & Seminars and have also trained Mumbai University Professors, Maharashtra police, Indian Airforce, Various Board of Directors, Corporates & other Law Enforcement Agencies.

I have authored 5 books on Cyber Law, Cyber Crime, and privacy Law, My articles on EContracts, S/W Piracy, Data Theft, Digital Signatures, Mobile Security, Cloud Computing & Law with other cyber issues have got published in leading magazines, journals. I am interviewed by leading news channels of the country and have been quoted in leading newspapers of the country on cyber law, cybercrime, cybersecurity, and privacy law issues.

I am regularly consulted by Maharashtra Police and other law and enforcement agencies of the country on cyber crime & cyber security issues.

1. Rita Basu Case (State V/s P Mitra) – Rita Basu case in the India's First case on Identity Theft.

2. Mr. Dhande V/s Vodafone & ICICI Bank – Landmark victory: Court orders Rs. 18 Lakh Compensation from Vodafone & ICICI  for  Duplicate SIM Card Exchange and Financial Fraud.

3.  Rohit Maheswari V/s Vodafone where it was held that The Data held by Mobile Operator is "Sensitive Personal Data" as defined by S43A of The IT Act, 2000.

4. Amit Patwardhan V/s Bank of Baroda – Got Landmark Order where it was held that Bank cannot share their clients bank statement of ex-employee with ex-employer.

5. Got 2 Acquittals under Section 66A of The IT Act, 2000. Orkut & Facebook Matter.

6. Got 2 Acquittals in Data Theft Case under The IT Act,2000.

7. Got India's First Conviction for Nigerian Citizens in Nigerian 419 scam (Advised APP).
